Construction Site Visitor Waiver & Safety Rules
NOTICE: Every visitor must sign this form before entering the construction site.
By signing below, I understand that construction sites are dangerous places and I am entering at my own risk.
Safety Rules (Must Follow at All Times):
Wear long pants, work boots, and required safety gear (hard hat + mask).
No shorts, sandals, dresses, or tennis shoes.
Stay alert and aware of your surroundings.
Make eye contact with equipment operators—do not assume they see you.
Stay away from stairs, balconies, heavy equipment, and overhead work.
No smoking anywhere on site.
Remain only in designated visitor areas.
No touching tools, materials, or equipment.
No photos, videos, or questions to workers.
No reckless or unsafe behavior.
⚠️ If you break these rules, your visit will end immediately.
Waiver of Liability
I understand and accept the risks of injury, death, or property damage while on site. I agree not to hold Easy House Inc, its employees, contractors, or affiliates responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses.
I also agree to take full responsibility for myself and to cover any claims or costs that may arise because of my visit, unless caused solely by the company’s negligence.
